I found a couple of videos the other day that I enjoyed concerning Shakeology. As I continue on my journey of seeing how this chocolate shake enigma effects my life, I thought these were pretty interesting. The first one stood out to me because my grandmother is battling colon cancer. The second one was just real simple in communicating what Shakeology is. Enjoy!
